Mini Makers Single Session

For ages 3-5. Mondays @ 3:30 and Fridays @ 10:30

Class Description

Our Mini Makers class, recommended for ages 3-5, gives preschoolers the opportunity to explore STEM concepts through play! After an introduction with a read aloud and a question for the day, kids jump into STEM learning with hands-on activities and wrap up with a process-oriented maker activity to take home. Caregivers must stay in the building but do not need to attend the class portion unless desired. Mini Makers begins with 30 minutes of caregiver-supervised open play, then we move into our classroom for 45 minutes of guided activities culminating in a take-home maker project, and we conclude with 15 minutes of caregiver-supervised open play. Cancellation Policy

For COURSE purchases, if you are going to be absent for a class session, please contact us by calling 919-213-8527 or emailing info@wonderlabdurham.com anytime before the START of the session to receive an 90-minute OPEN PLAY credit as a makeup. This makeup session can be used at any time during our regular Open Play hours and will be good for 1 year. We do not reschedule or provide makeup class credits for course purchases for any reason, including illness. For SINGLE SESSION purchases, if you are going to be absent for a class session, please contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours before the START of your session to receive a class credit to be used within 3 months. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance (but before the start of the session) will receive an OPEN PLAY credit. We do not provide refunds for class purchases. We cannot provide makeup credits if you cancel after your session has begun.
