Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your booking, contact us prior to your appointment start time by calling 919-213-8527 or emailing info@wonderlabdurham.com. For open play and classes we cannot provide a credit or reschedule if you get in touch with us after your session has started. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for cancellations. For classes and open play, we are happy to offer you a credit for the same amount, which you can use on our website for any service or at our physical location. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for birthday party deposits.
