Site Visit Fee
We charge a $25 site visit fee for locations within 10 miles of The Wonder Lab. For every additional 10 miles, an extra $15 is added. To save on costs, we recommend scheduling multiple workshops on the same day, since each separate visit will incur its own site visit fee.
Downtime Fees
We charge $20 for every 30 minutes of downtime between scheduled workshops (beyond a 15-minute reset buffer). To avoid downtime fees, we recommend to schedule workshops within 15 minutes of each other.
